  • Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policy

    Return Period

    You have 7 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Be in the original packaging.

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping for Returns

    To return your product, please mail it to:

    Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refunded amount.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refund Policy

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund approval.

    If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

    Please note:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Payment Gateway & Transaction Fees

    Payments made through payment gateways including PayPal and Fiuu may be subject to transaction and processing fees charged by the respective payment providers.

    For approved refunds, the refunded amount will be processed according to the payment provider’s policies and applicable transaction charges.

    Please note that certain payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider’s terms and conditions.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

    • Opened consumable products

    • Perishable items

    • Gift cards

    • Promotional or clearance items

    Processing Time

    The time required for exchanged or refunded products to reach you may vary depending on your location and payment provider processing times.
