Returns and Shipping Policy

Return Period
You have 7 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be in the original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping for Returns

• To return your product, please mail it to:
  15-16 Main Road, Tanah Rata Cameron Highlands, 39000, Pahang Darul Makmur.
• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

• The time it takes for your exchanged or refunded product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
