RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

A) All items purchased is not returnable/refundable.

B) If the goods were damaged during the courier / posting transaction, the client should return the goods to us for a replacement. We will not accept the damage goods if there is any shortage in the number of tea bags or loose tea.

C ) When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect the products same day as delivered. Package that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.

D) Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.

E) International Orders:All International sales are considered final by Cameron Bharat Plantations Sdn Bhd and we apologize that there are no exceptions to our International Return Policy. .
